Partial Refund Scenarios

In certain situations, only a partial refund may be issued:

  • Refund requested after 14 days (50% refund available)

  • Step 2: Contact your credit card company — they can confirm if the refund has been received
  • Step 3: Contact your bank — there may be processing delays on their end

Note: We process refunds promptly, but banking systems may have additional processing times. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges & Replacements

We replace or re-deliver digital content if it is defective, corrupted, or damaged.

If you need to exchange or re-download your content:

  • Email us at proebookstore@gmail.com with your order number
  • Describe the technical issue or corruption problem
  • We will provide a new download link or re-deliver the content
  • Exchanges are typically processed within 24 hours

Gift Purchases

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased:

  • The recipient will receive a gift certificate credit equal to the purchase amount
  • The gift certificate can be used to purchase other digital products
  • Gift certificates do not expire
  • No refund to the original purchaser will be issued

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original payment method of the purchaser.
